Satria Muda Pertamina was still too strong for their two opponents last week. Hosting Hangtuah and Borneo in the continuation of IBL 2025, Abraham Damar Grahita et al emerged as the winner.

Asked about whether the 21-0 advantage in the first quarter was part of the strategy, Youbel said he liked the energy of his players today. The energy he expected to be consistent from his players this season.
"And honestly I was waiting for them to play with full determination like earlier. We really defended very well which finally led to us being able to convert it into points. What is certain is that their game all made me proud tonight and hopefully this is a good start for SM for the next matches," he concluded.
