Satria Muda Pertamina (SMP) proved that they are very serious about targeting the Indonesian basketball league title this season. This was seen when the team that was established since 1993 brought in one of the French national team players Amine Noua.
Amine was brought in to fill the hole left by Warren Washington who injured his shoulder some time ago. In addition to having a wealth of experience playing in major European leagues, this 28-year-old figure is also full of achievements. From winning the French Cup to Turkey, he has won them all.

Youbel also said that Amine's arrival is certainly one of the solutions to SMP's problems in the last few games, namely rebounds. As we know, the team based at Britama Arena Kelapa Gading has had quite a hard time when facing teams that have dominant centers.
"Yes, that's one of the clear reasons. In addition, he is also a player with complete abilities and is currently in his golden age as a basketball player, so I'm sure he will really help SM to improve our shortcomings so far," he continued.
"And what is certain is that I hope he will soon fit in with SM both in terms of the game system and with the environment, yes because as we know his time is also running out. Only a few more games and we will soon enter the playoffs, but once again I believe he will be an important piece for us to win the championship," he concluded.
Amine himself, who was met during his time in training, said that he was very happy to be able to join Satria Muda and clearly couldn't wait to play his first match this week.
"In addition, of course I am proud to be able to join one of the biggest teams in Indonesia. Although I don't know much about the history of this team, I know that last season SM was strengthened by many good foreign players, one of whom was Artem Pustovyi.
